Ready for your life to change?
You start by scheduling your free 20 to 30-minute Insight Session. Shortly after, you’ll receive an intake form and 2 questionnaires. You’ll need to complete these and send them to me within 24 hours of your session. I will closely review them ahead of our meeting and ensure I understand your unique health challenges and goals.
This free 20 to 30-minute consultation can be on Zoom or in person depending on your location. During this session, you can elaborate on your struggles and challenges and I will clarify any questions from your completed forms. Then I will provide details on how the program works, duration, and pricing. Once you sign the agreement and make payment, we’re ready to start! The next step is to schedule your first session.
Going forward, we’ll meet once a month. During each session, we’ll discuss your progress, experience, and barriers. We’ll also review your updated Multi-Therapeutic Approach™ and targeted goals. In between sessions, you will have access to me via email. You will also have the option to join a free or paid Facebook group for additional community support and encouragement.
At the end of your Care Plan, you will have the option to sign up for extended support through a Maintenance Plan.
Your Care Plan will be 3, 6 or 12 months depending on your goals and the best way I can serve you to achieve them. We’ll meet twice in the first month and review your Multi-Therapeutic Approach™. This approach includes food and fasting recommendations, goals to reduce your stressors, and non-scale targets. We will also discuss tools that you’ll need and tracking information you’ll submit to me at least 24 hours ahead of our next session.

From there, you will get a customized Care Plan, regular meetings and ongoing support from me.
