I'm Alexandra Degiorgio, but my friends call me Alex. I'm a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Fast Like A Girl™ Coach. I'm also a proud single mother to a smart, spirited teenage daughter. I've lived the intricate dance of managing a high-pressure corporate career while cherishing the role of a loving parent. I've personally confronted the challenges of perimenopause, wrestling with weight gain while losing precious energy and strength, battled through nights of restless sleep, grappled with chronic stress, and neglected self-care and self-love in the process.
My transformation inspired me to start Mindful Wellness Journey to serve and support moms who are struggling and suffering through perimenopause and beyond. It's my firsthand knowledge that fuels my belief: transformation is not only possible but well within your reach.
This personalized program is 3, 6 or 12 months depending on your goals. Together, we will create a sustainable lifestyle that incorporates fasting and works with your body, setting you up for lifelong health and vitality. Sessions can be in person or on Zoom.

If you’re interested, I will provide details of how the program works and pricing at the end of the session.
