After years as a corporate executive, I walked away from the fast lane to follow my passion for wellness. I knew there had to be a better way to help women feel strong, clear-headed, and in control—especially during menopause.
I do this work because I know how it feels to wake up every day and not recognise your own body.
You’re juggling a demanding job, a family, and a body that doesn’t feel like your own anymore. It’s exhausting. You’re trying to keep up, but your energy’s drained, your sleep’s a mess, and your body’s not responding the way it used to.
That’s where I come in.
Before I became a wellness guide, I spent over 20 years as a corporate executive in IT, managing large teams and leading high-impact projects across the globe.
While I was proud of what I had achieved professionally, something shifted when my daughter began experiencing debilitating gastrointestinal symptoms. We went down the conventional path—specialists, scans, invasive tests, and expensive treatments—but nothing gave her lasting relief.
It was heartbreaking to watch, and it became clear to me that the answers we needed weren’t coming from prescriptions or procedures. I turned to nutrition, fasting, and simple lifestyle changes—and slowly, I watched her get better. In that process, I got better too.
That experience was my turning point.
I realised how powerful lifestyle can be in healing the body and supporting long-term health—and I knew I wanted to help other women reclaim that same agency for themselves.
Now, I combine real-life experience with evidence-based strategies to help moms in menopause feel stronger, clearer, and more energised—without adding more stress or restriction to their already full lives.
